    Hello everyone

I'm new to this site and I wasn't sure where to post my hello, so hope you don't mind me busting in on here! Bit of background - I lost over 4 stone last year with CD, but struggled to maintain. Shamefully I put 2 stone back on, so started CD again in Jan. I'm here to learn from my mistakes and see how successful maintainers achieve it.

Best of luck to everyone - we can do it this time!

Hi, I am also a returner, having put it all back on again, plus an extra stone and a half!!! Am now on my second week, full of self doubt, but just trying to take it a day at a time. Lost 8lbs week one, am hoping to lose 5 stone altogether, so will be here for a while. Love seeing everyones successes on here, fingers crossed I will be joining you one day!

Thanks spottitchsam, and well done to you too - you've had brilliant losses - wow 12lb in week 1, and still losing at a good rate. By the way, hope you have a great time at Butlins (my brood love it).

Hi Dilly, hope you are feeling OK on your 2nd week. We've done it once, so we can do it again for the final time. Well done, 8lb down already!

Thanks Lisa, I am feeling fine generally, I think I'm actually finding it easier second time round; that and it being the time of yr when there aren't so many temptations about. Have had a couple of faint moments, but I guess I know that means it's working!!! My darling 12 yr old daughter nearly drove me to despair tonight with her trainee teenage tantrums, but instead of heading for food, I just locked myself in the bathroom and had a nice long soak!!
Well done to you to being so close to yr target now, you'll be there in no time, good luck xx

Thanks for your message Dilly, you did really well resisting temptation to eat after being worked up - the joys of teenage hormones, (still a few years to go with my kids, but not looking forward to them) :). That long soak sounded lovely though. Take care and good luck for your 2nd weigh in!

Hi all,yes I too,am here again,we all know it takes a lot of willpower to get going on the cd,but once you are off,wow the results are great and fast.I too have lost and then gained, tryed every diet, but never do I get the results as doing cd,I have 3 boys,2 are in the army, leaving my 15 son at home with me and my husband. My rollercoaster ride of a life, dictates,my eating habbits,so I am strapping myself in and off I go again, best of luck every one.xx
