Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all your messages. Thought I would post a new thread to let everyone know how I am rather than reply individually. ;)

I've got an exam coming up in June, so probably won't be spending much time online so please forgive me if I am not around as much as before! :worthy:

I haven't been using the Exante shakes for a few days now - gone back to solid food! I'm going to go on a low kcal diet until my exam is over. Just watching the kcals and fat etc. Hoping I don't gain weight between now and early June! :innocent0001:

I can't believe how big the Exante group has grown! I'd like to welcome all new members to the Exante forum and wish you all the best with the diet. :angel09:
I'm sure you will all achieve great results!

I have been using my new kettlebell and watching the Biggest Loser (UK) to motivate myself! The kettlebell seems to be doing wonders for me. Apparently it burns up to 1,500 kcals per hour! And it's supposed to keep working your body even after you have stopped using it?! Well, that's what they say anyway! I've only used it once so far, but it did feel good! I'll keep you all posted! ;)

Good luck everyone! :D

Good luck with your exam. x x

Keeps us updated with your healthy eating (when you can) I guess that is the plan we will all end up doing eventually.
Kettle bells do certainly look like they burn some calories, what weight did you get?

I got the 8kg kettlebell, Gaynor!
I thought this might be too heavy for me, but I think it's just right after trying it.
The 4kg would have been too light.
I think the ladies on the Biggest Loser use 12kg and 16kg kettlebells!!! I caught a glimpse of the weight on one of the shows! No wonder they ae knackered!!!

Oh Sarah! You can google "kettlebell" to find out more, but it is basically a bowling ball with a handle and it is a really good fat burner!

You can do all sorts of exercises with it to work the whole body. It's supposed to burn 1,500 kcals per hour! I bought an 8kg one. Think it was about £22 for the kettlebell and £5 delivery.

I'm gonna use it every day to see if it's really the miracle piece of gym equipment that everyone says it is! I'll keep you posted! ;)

You'll probably be at goal after my exam! You're doing so well! :D

Hey Lisa, best of luck with the exams, all will be well. The kettlebell sounds like and idea, but it must be fairly exhausting. Thinking of you. Take care Em xxx
