I've been off here and SW for a couple of years. I did lose about 6 stone so I know this plan works!
Only trouble is I've lapsed big time and need to lose 3 stone again arghh. Anyway I rejoined my local group last night and reinstated my account on here so saying hi to old and newbies alike Xx
