    Hi all, I'm new here and I'm starting the Cambridge Diet tomorrow. I've tried it before but I had no staying power, I'm hoping this time will be different. At the minute, I'm the biggest I've been in about 10 years and I hate it :cry:. I need results and I need them fast so any advice and/or encouragement would be gratefully received ;)

    Hi all! Well, today has been ok so far. Went to the gym after work, did a good 55 minute cardio workout followed by some weights, then realised I'd forgotten to have my shake and started to feel a bit dizzy so went home. Tomorrow is going to be hard, the school canteen is really good and I need to resist!!!!!!!! Also it's parents' evening and the school always gives us sandwiches and cakes to keep us going. I'll just have to say NO and sip my peppermint tea and be content with that.
