hi I'm new

Hello - my name's Helen and well I've taken the plunge! Havinbg put it off for ages I finally decided to do something about my ever increasing weight. About three stone has gradually kept piling on over the last few years and really I am feeling quite uncomfortable. So am giving it a good ol bash on SL style food as I have all the books etc. Am quite rural and working from home it isn't easy to get to classes! Want to lose about 40 lb and be an inspiration to my hubby who has loads more than that to lose too!

Just motivate your self and you can do it. I was once fat, but daily walking exercise makes me lose weight. I still eat stuff that I like but I always make it a point to religiously discipline myself when it comes to my motivating myself to regularly do walking exercises.

Thanks to everyone for kind word's hey we're off the mark and have been trying really hard to exercise regularly walking and wi active too! Have to go out for dinner tommorow and a bit scared of what to eat ? Thai meal? Any suggestions? Also doing mostly red days but any suggestions for lunches on red days which are quick and satisfying?
