Hi all my name is katie I am restarting CD on Sunday having put all of the weight back on after i flew off the wagon in May, my birthday is Saturday and then im ssing all the way to 11 stone starting at 14.5 this time I plan on following CD to the letter and completing maintenance properly!!!
