:sign0144: Hiya, Fellow Scottish Slimmer here. Been at it two weeks and just joined this fantastic forum. Lost 6 1/2 lb so far. I'm now at 18st 3 so a long way to go. Gonna try and get one of those tracker thingies, someone very kindly has given me a link for it so I am sure I'll figure it out. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
