    Any, thinking about doing weightwatchers again
    Hi, this is the first iv joined any kinda of forum but im hoping it gives me the enthuisiasm to actually stick a diet! Still trying to get used to all the different posts, diets. Any suggestions on a gd diet and exercise programme. Im 22, 5ft10 and 14stone 5. would like to lose 2-3 stone. Thanks Guys. x

    im sure everyone can post what they think you should do, but do what you would like!! Have a look around at the different threads and ask questions, everyone on here is more than happy to help someone out!!

    Im doing a combination of slim fastt and taking dr prescribed tablets, and this is working for me!
