Hi i'm Mel. New to this type of thing. I am really starting to struggle with my weight, I'm 19, 5ft 6 and weigh 11st 11lbs, I eat healthily and exercise regularly but its not shifting. My problem areas are my thighs and calves, measure at the largest part 27 inch thighs and 20 calves. Size 10 top, and size 14-16 bottoms. Hoping that talking to those who have similar problems will help me shift those pounds and get down to a healthy weight of 9st 8lbs. Hope to speak soon xx
