Hey, im obviously new here. [: Just thought i'd make the expected newbie post.

Im here to lose weight mainly because im sick of looking/feeling the way i do within my own body.

I want to lose 4 stone as soon as possible in a healthy way. [:

I started on the 4th of Jan this year and have lost around 7lbs. Weighing myself properly at the moment is an issue as im currently sporting a heavy up to the knee cast. Grrr. So all my weight measurments are approx. ]: boo.
