    Just want to say hi, been exercising for the last couple of months only resulting in minimal weight loss :confused: so wanted to find more info and help towards reaching my goal.
    Haven't got the scales nearby so will update as soon as i can.
    roughly weigh around 10st 9lbs and would like to reach 9 stone i am 5ft 3" so think that this is a healthy weight to go for.
    Love the site and look forward to using it on a regular basis.
