Hobbies keep me from eating at night

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone else has any craft hobbies that keep their hands occupied?
I've been making jewellery for a few years and have just started making cards.

previously I used to paint my nails to stop me being able to pick anything up - lasted ok but now have acrylics!!
