Holiday countdown.........

Ok having just read SarahP's thread about dreading going on hols cos of her weight and me being in exactly the same boat as are a few other peeps I have decided to start this thread in the hope that we can encourage each other to have a good time regardless of our weight!!!!

Maybe we could try to do some nice things for ourself every day leading up to our hols... whether it go to the gym, but some nice (cheapo obviously) jewelery for the hols or just something nice whatever it may be

and/or we could keep CD/Food diaries just so we are actually keeping check of how we are getting on???

What yis think???? Any other ideas??

I for one really really want to have a good holiday regardless of my weight and vow to sort my weight out when I get back

has started again!!
I am planning to take a notebook with me when I go on Sat. I am on LL, and I intend to write down my thoughts, goals, feelings etc to keep me focused whilst away. I also think I will make a note of what I eat and drink each day, so that I keep a check on it! I am taking some LL packs with me, to have 3 each day, plus 1 meal. I am sure I will also have drink or two whilst away!!
