I am awaiting starting ts tomoz i got about 8 stone to lose! Going on hol in 3 weeks but ready to start asap, heard all positives about exante x

Good luck, i dont know how much you will be able to lose in 3 weeks, if sticking to it 100% you should lose about a stone i think or maybe less. In 3 weeks i lost just under 10lbs bt i didnt stick 100% to diet
