have decided to keep a food diary, suppose its all or nothing and as ww says 'if u bite it write it'

breakfast: porridge with water...........2
1/2 daily milk allowance...................2

break: fruit bowl.........................1 1/2

lunch: 4 crackerbread.....................1
cherry tomatoes..............................0
1low low cheese.............................1/2
cup soup.......................................1

break: 1 slice go ahead snack..........1

dinner:squid.................................2
savory rice...................................3
carrotts & broccolli........................0
onions & garlic.............................0

sugan free jelly.............................0

snack: crisps................................2

2 litres of water...........................0

total points : 16

not bad!

was just very careful today, knew i was going to lunch.

chinese, wouldn't say a massice portion!
mushrooms in garlic sauce - not breaded
prawns (low fat) with boiled rice, in satay sauce ??????? points
did try & be careful for remainder of day.
butternut squash chips 0

one bad day shouldn't ruin the week!!!!!
 
Thats one good thing about the Weight Watchers diet, you can have anything you want as long as you point it. You are doing well and one day a week being bad wont ruin your diet, if you go overbored with the points one day you can reduce your points the next day without doing harm. (you werent bad at all) Good luck, let us know how you get on.
 
Your chinese sounds really low, you probably didn't even go over your points allowance for the day! Beansprouts in garlic sauce are only 2.5points, so... as mushrooms are another no point vegetable, I would count mushrooms in garlic sauce as 2.5points too. Chinese boiled rice is 6.5points per portion. And as for the Satay prawns hmm... well in the eating out guide it doesn't mention Satay in the chinese section, but it does in the Thai section. Thai prawn satay starter is only 3points! So I work all that out as 12points, do you think that is a good estimate?
Even if you did go over your points for the day, it is so easy to cut back a little the next day or 2. I had chinese yesterday and went over my points, but I'm not worried!

Satays peanuts isnt it? Nuts are usually a little higher points becasue they are naturally fatty...but with the looks of the rest of the day ur doing grand

ps my allowance is 18 points

not a bad day today either, i write down my points throughout the day so i know where i am heading

breakfast: 2 texco healthy living madalion rashers 1 point
2 slices brown ww bread 1 point
low fat spread 1 point

lunch: stuffed mushrooms 4 1/2 points


dinner: baked cod & herby potatoes
3 1/2 points

milk allowance 1 point

12 points so far, maybe a snack later, but not too long since i had dinner

did have that snack
mueller rice 3 points

new total 15 points

well if u bite it write it thats what they say !!!!!

not too bad, 15 lbs in 9 nine weeks, you know yourself in for a penny in for a pound !!!!!

Congratulation on your 3lb weight loss, that is great motivation to keep on going, good luck. this week and let us know how you get on next week.
 
down another pound this week, ok i suppose, considering i was at a party the weekend.
don't think i was using enough points last week though.
planning on using them this week, but a wedding the weekend so fingers crossed
