Phew ;-) thanks for checking that for us!! another thing that annoys me about these recipes - much use of flavourings that are hard to get (that I'd rather not use in the first place) so I'm glad I didn't buy the recipe book... as frustration would have ensued no doubt. I already get annoyed enough at the French recipes that look great but then use the protein powder 'protifar' which is another thing that's not available to us (and not exactly freely available in France either I think)
Don't do it! - honey is wonderful stuff, but pretty much pure fructose (fruit sugar) and glucose, two of the most easily digested (and therefore non-Dukan) sugars you could ever encounter.
Sorry - (I love honey too) but you'll have to back away from the hive!
Atropos I really love your understanding of all these sugars. It makes me feel as though I want you in my pocketwhen I am in Tesco looking at the ingredients in yoghurts!
Oh and Jo I think it's pretty much like the quark from tesco in terms of texture so maybe we could make our own with some quark, herbs and garlic.
