Honk to day 1 - soooo easy so far (I'm sure I won't be saying that soon!!!) yummy food and even had snacks and still only got to 19 points, anyone got any suggestions what I can do with the remaining points??

I've got some pains in my left arm and have convinced myself that it's the start of a heart attack (god bless google) so after doing an online health check and getting a call back from a nurse I've been assured I'll live till Monday at least so am just going to bed and dream about all the things i can do when I'm thin
