I do indeed know what you mean!! I'm going to stay away from fast food and carb where I can and eat meat and salads! Just started to pack and get things sorted- it's 29 degrees there!!! Xx

So it's officially holiday time- I fly out at 530 tomorrow morning! So much to do today, pack, clean flat, change sheets, take maisy moo (dog) to my dads and maybe a quick trip into town as have a 20% off voucher and gift cards for dps!

Keep at it mini min friends- I want to hear from less of you (weight wise) when in back!! And a big thank you for getting me this far, wouldn't have got here without you lot!!! Mwah xx

Well guys- I'm back!!! Actually sat in the taxi making my way back from gatwick so using the time to catch up with all the news!!

I had an amazing time and sorry to say but didn't think of the diet once! Was having ar too much fun!! I tried to be good and make healthier choices but I definelty feel A LOT heavier and my jeans I travelled in are a lot lot tighter!!

I have my CDC appointment tomorrow at 1130 and hoping to get back in plan asap! I'm petrified of seeing those scales tomorrow- feel like a newbie all over again!! Speak laters xx
 
Welcome back Hun, glad to hear you've had a fab time!!! And well done for making an appointment with your CDC for tomorrow. You'll get right back into it no problem I'm sure. Make sure you have a good rest to get over the jet lag xx
 
I am so tired, wish I booked tomorrow off work now!! Didn't sleep on the flight so pretty pooped!! Early early night for me tonight!! U ok? How's your week been? Xx
 
I did that when I went to Florida, work the next day!! and we don't have the kind of jobs you can coast through in zombie-mode!

My weeks not been too bad, my friend came for lunch as planned on Monday but her little boy was to chewed up to go out for lunch so she brought sandwich stuff and cake :eek: but I didn't have much and got right back on track.

Then on Wednesday I was kidnapped, my friend asked if I wanted to go and see her new puppy, so ignoring all my mums warning about going with strangers to look at puppies I went. Only to be kidnapped and taken to my fave cafe for lunch with another one of our friends. They figured I could do with getting out of the house. I'm grateful but not sure how that'll affect my weight this week - too scared to look lol.

Other than that, business as usual!! Been transferred to a physio who specialises in sports rehab to get me back up to running again.

And if this update doesn't send you to sleep nothing will lol. X

Not yet had my sleep!! 3 loads of washing done and all ready for work tomorrow- nooooooo!!!

Getting really scared about weigh in tomorrow- I tried to make good choices but somedays i didn't!! I feel like I'm back up to 15st 12!! Is it possible to put 2 and a half stone on in 1 week??!! Eeek!!

Warning: I will be grumpy and moody tomorrow!!! Xx

I don't think it is possible lol. Mind if it was me..... I'd say it probably is but it's you so No!!!

Whatever the scales say tomorrow, just acknowledge it for what it is.... A number that won't be there next week!!! Some of what you put on will be glycogen and water not real fat, so that'll go as quickly as it came. And the rest hasn't had chance to get a firm grip so it'll be gone before you know it too. And you never know, it might not be as bad as you think!!!

Good luck Hun, you'll be fine!!!! :D and if you need to have a freak out.... I'm constantly about on here to freak to. Sleep well and don't forget to set an alarm xxx
 
Welcome back hun, hope you had a fantastic time! Good luck with your weigh in, as sal said you'll easily drop the first 4 lbs of water and glycogen stores, and you will be super bloated so I'm sure you are just feeling heavier than you actually are.

Yep and if you're anything like me you'll be extra bloated from the plane! When we got back from Vegas I couldn't get my boots back on! I was scared I'd have to walk through Heathrow barefoot, but I crammed them on. So there's aeroplane bloat to take into consideration too remember x
 
Thanks guys, I'm realistically thinking I'll have a one stone gain which I can hopefully drop over the next 2 weeks but we"ll see! My attitude is at least I lost to have the gain- rather than gaining ontop of the 15st 12 I was! I'm in this for the long haul so just need to keep chippih away at it!!

I weigh in at 1130, so expect a depressive post about 1145 sal!! Xx

Don't worry!! It's not going to be that bad, you know what you've done 'wrong' (although it isn't wrong as such, just not in line with CD!!), and you know how to fix it, and no doubt you'll do so in a jiffy. You went on holiday and have put weight on. I defy even the skinniest Minnie not to do that. It's normal!

No matter what the result, chin up, back on the shakes...onwards and upwards!

Morning- well I told myself I was 15st 12! So was pleased with the 14st 4 I weighed in at!! It's a 6 pound gain since last Weigh in with CDC so all ok!

So the game is back on!! I want to get back into the 13s by next Monday and see the 12s before my next event which is a girly weekend in bath spa on April 8th.

So far 2 shakes down and .5 litre of water-no flavourings, milk or food this week- back to basics for me!! Think ketosis will take a few days so will apologise beforehand for the grumpiness that may occur!

Hope your all enjoying the beautiful sunshine!! It's days like this that I love being out and about in the community!! Off to lead hydrotherapy now :) xx
