Horrific heartburn!

I thought I was dying last night! I've never felt pain like it. Took 3 full sugar Rennies I was that desperate, half a bottle of gaviscon, it would not go!! 6 hours of absolute agony.
I've eaten today the pharmacist said it might be stress due to the house move. Gonna have a few weeks off and hope I don't pile it back on
