I make this whenever I crave choc sponge pudding as it is very chocolatey and moist It serves 8 and works out to be 3 syns a portion

    100g All Bran
    6 tsp cocoa powder
    6 tbs granulated sweetener
    250 mls of boiling water
    1 large egg - beaten

    1. In a bowl mix together bran, cocoa powder & sweetener
    2. Then add the boiling water and beaten egg - mix well.
    3. Pour mixture into a microwavable container and microwave on high for 6 minutes ( 800 w/E) let it stand for a minute or so .
    4. To serve put it individual dishes with Vanilla mullerlight or any other fat free yogurt
If I have plenty of syns left for the day I use low fat custard but it is another 4.5 syns per 100g serving

Mmmm... this is quite an old post but I'm tempted to try. Does the all bran not make it taste quite strange?

Id say its more heavy, rather like brownie, but dont get me wrong it doesnt really compare. just nice for when your having a sweet craving and its rather filling. also good for fiber.
If you have enough syns left its nicer with a blob of nutella on top! and luvly with a cuppa! x
