hot cross buns

The first of the Easter treats arrived in my office today. I resisted a hot cross bun as I have no idea of the syn value? Any ideas

I am surprised the a creme egg is only 8.5, I will definitely be saving for one or two of those

I can't remember but I think they are quite high, around 10 ish?
