How are the meals made up?

Random question hubby has received the delivery an I'm at work and he just said they look like dry packs?
So how do you cook make up the meals?

Sorry to eager cant wait till I get home to find out lol

Add water and microwave. Should be an instruction sheet with it, if not, all the instructions are on s&s website
