How do i count for oils?

    hmmm.. i cook all my meals from scrach, what do i do about oils? if i use a tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil when cooking how dose this work with the 5g rule? :confused:

    Exactly what she said ^^^ I never use oil for cooking anymore - most things will cook in their own juices or with fry light, it's just a case of adapting slightly.
