How do i work out rice, cooked or uncooked on slimfast

Hi, i need some help, i want to cook chilli and rice for tea and am trying to work out the calories.

i have easy cook long grain rice (have yet to get brown) and the packet says 75g weighs 210 when cooked so do i base the calories on the 75g or the 210?

Help me please, i don't want to go wrong!!!!!!! :confused: :eek:

I thought it normally went on cooked weight? That's what I'd do but I not 100% sure that this is right! Sorry x

hi girls, thanx for your help, i eventually found this on a website 100g uncooked = 360cal. i don't know if this right but i went with it anyway. :confused:

I normally buy the uncle bens 2 min microwave you can get tons of flavours and i think they are about 320 cal x
