How do u adjust points as u lose?

    With discover I remember taking off a daily point when ever u broke into a new stone barrier. How does it work with propoints? Xx

    If your doing it online it will adjust it for you, as will your leader if you go to class!

    I think it might be every 7 pounds. It's been discussed on here before but can't remember what was said- try having a search back through the threads. Or there are a few links on here to calculate your points allowance- just put your new weight in there and you can see if it's changed!

    its every 7lbs. I've lost just over a stone (but not a stone and a half yet) and went down 2 points. It's worth checking before the start of every week because its not a specific formula like the old one was.
