How do u adjust points as u lose?

With discover I remember taking off a daily point when ever u broke into a new stone barrier. How does it work with propoints? Xx
 
Yeah I'm not going to a class nor doing it online. Im all by myself (student) anyway to do it manually? Xxx
 
I think it might be every 7 pounds. It's been discussed on here before but can't remember what was said- try having a search back through the threads. Or there are a few links on here to calculate your points allowance- just put your new weight in there and you can see if it's changed!
