How do you eat Scan Bran?

It would have to be the last food on earth! I want to enjoy what i eat!
 
I remembered hating it years ago, but my consultant had organised a scan bran tasting at class yesterday (my first back for months). The cakes were all nice, but I did actually quite enjoy them this time round. Maybe I was hungry. Had 2 and a half for lunch (half a HexB) with laughing cow extra light, lean ham, and sliced tomato. Was nice.
 
I soak 2 in yoghurt over night (any flavour) then cook some cous cous the next morning and add it to the scanbran/yog straight from the stove so the whole mix is nice and warm...sounds slightly strange but a real belly buster and keeps me going for hours! and if its not going down to easily then i add some hot water (quite nice with a little bit of sweetner in it too)
