How do you get through your low moments?

Week 2 I found hard. Week 3 I found relatively easy. Week 4 and I am struggling again (I am hoping this is not a pattern).

I am trying to keep my eye on the final prize - a baby - and telling myself I don't physically NEED food and wanting it is different to being at death's door and actually starving.

Most of the time it works.

What do you do to get through those days where you really struggle?

I struggled yesterday and today i had a moment when i thought sod it im going to eat but i got another glass of water, sat down and thought about what i want to be. I dont want to give up and i cant wait to hear the compliments etc. It is so hard im obsessed with food and i keep smelling the kids food pmsl. Madness!

I have never had such nice nails....I paint them all the time.

I have also found having a good moan on here has helped, distraction always works :D Try looking up 'post secret' its where people take a postcard and fill in their deepest secret and send them off. I love it!
