How does S&S work?

I'm currently on Cambridge, but noticed a few people mixing products (so I've ordered some too- to try different flavours)

But if u were doing S&S by itself how does it work? What plans are there?

For women there are 2 plans - 3 packs plus protein or 4 packs. There is also an optional milk / veg allowance. The details are here:
