how long a break?

Hi Girls

I did lipotrim for 3 weeks and lost 20lb-ive kept it off but havent lost any more-just wondering if it is safe to go back on lipotrim?

I stopped a month ago-really don't want to mess my body up by starting and stopping. Getting married in 6 weeks time so would like to do 2 more weeks before hen then another 2 before the wedding! would this be bad for me??

Not sure how bad for you it is but, apparently, it's not good for your body to be going in and out of ketosis unless there has been a good interval of time in between. This might be a myth though so I'd google it and see. Have a wonderful wedding.
