how long on each plan?

when you start to move up the plans (which i have been told i should cause my bmi is under 25) how long do you spend on each one? 810? 1000? 1200? etc? 2/3 weeks?

and can you sort of adapt them to suit what you like to eat?
eg, when you have breakfast on the 1000 plan, it says a choice of 4 things. if you dont like them, can you have something else (bran flakes)

will speak to my cdc, but not going till fri, so just wanted to get an idea.

hey its all in the booklet, 810 calories is 1 week minimum so you could bee on it for more , 1000 calories is 2 weeks only , then you move to 1200 calories for 2 weeks, then 1500 calories for another 2 weeks and then in the maintenance stage which cosist of 1500+ calories, hope this helps . i think you can have other foods if you dont like the ones listed but making sure you have only 1000 calories for example.

Hi hun

Depending on how much more you want to lose you can spend as long as you want on each of the steps but ideally a minimum of two weeks on each. Try to stick to the plans as much as possible as they are designed to reintroduce carbs at a steady rate but if you really need to swap some things have a chat with your CDC about options.

ah, ok cheers jit. i can stay on 810 for a while then?
its just the same as ss+ but more isnt it?
cant find my book at the mo. xx

cheers georgie, didnt want to go up too quick but my cdc says i can stay on ss till goal, but i been told thats not right. xx
