How long to get back into Ketosis?

I have had a day of eating and drinking, not excessively but enough to break the diet. Will it take as long to get into ketosis as just starting out?
Only been TS just about a week but my son got engaged and the inlaws put on a drink and lunch party, I did try not to go overboard and stay away from obvious carbs but everything was in sauces, plus the drinks were all full fat! not a diet coke there.

Congrats to your son, i find personally no it doesnt take as long as there is only that 'meal' to break down, sometimes a few hours to a day for me personally. Its more the guilt of actually eating and being strong enough to get back on it once you have tasted food again x

Thanks K8te, back on this morning. the lunch was lovely though! I managed to get into a smaller top yesterday and it felt good, so I am determined to try and get some more off before I go on holiday next month.
