How many bags of pork scratchings do you eat?

You really have to go by the packet with jerky - most brands add sugar to the cure so it's a no. Not all do, though. I think African biltong tends to have less sugar.

You can have beef jerky but the problem is some brands cure the meat in a sugary marinade which bumps up the carb count.... try to find one with as little carb as possible, i find billtong is often lower carb.

oh ok thankyou for that! i bought two packs of Mr Porkys today and my crazy husband put them in the freezer by mistake as they were in the same bag as the bread... As if they are not hard enough, i will have to eat them quickly once thawed, dosy man!
