hello all how many calories does every one have im 12w and 4 days

i have put on loads already i have been having 1400-1600 a day its sooooo hard i used to have 1100

thats where my weight has gained from this !

You should be eating 2000 at least now or pregnant in order to get everything you and your baby need! You will gain weight it's just part of pregnancy, I can't stress enough how bad actually losing weight in pregnancy can be,
The best thing to do is eat healthy and Sensibly eat healthy snacks and watch portion sizes and keep active x
