How many miles can you walk or run before Christmas?

    Another Christmas challenge for me. I can't run at the moment and doubt if I'll be able to start before Christmas so my target of 1800 miles in 180 days is VERY ambitious but I'm going to give it a go! I hope you will join me!

    That's 10 miles a day! I'll never do that!! I wouldn't find the time. Good luck with it though, Lynne. I will aim for 2 x 20 mins rebounding a day and will start tomorrow so is that 179 days? 40 mins x 179 is 7160 mins. Yikes!! :eek:

    Only a few miles left to go before Christmas! I know it's unlikely that I'll manage 1800 but I thought I'd set my target high and see how many miles I could do! :4616:
