I am getting my little self confused. How many points is 2 slices of bread (medium not thick and no spread?). When I make sandwiches I have always counted it as 3 points for the bread but my new WW folder says 2 x toast = 1.5lbs. I am confused. Is it 1.5 for two or each?

Thanks :)

I have always been told its one of those things that is rounded down for 1 slice so 1 slice is 1 point bt 2 slices is 2.5-does that helo or confuse you more !

I do my tracking online on the WW site and it counts 2 peices of bread as 2.5

only referance i can find to toast is melba toast which is like 1 point for 6 peices
