Just to (hopefully) try and reassure you- I have always been a slow loser. I started SW over a year ago and have always just lost an average of 1lb a week. I do have all my syns and like you, love them!My weight loss is sooooo slow! I use my sins weekly as it keeps me on the straight and narrow at the weekend. I stick to it 100%, and at the weekends count my sins religiously but still I lose 1/2 here, a 1lb there-it is frustrating and I wonder what I am doing wrong!!! Lol! Maybe I should cut my sins down as you have done-but I love them so! lol! Also , i have a lot of weight to lose and think if I cut them down now, what will I do later on in my weight loss?
