Jumping for ten minutes ! Blimey, not sure if info below is current, but you deserve a medal :D

Apparently, it works like this -

Doing more exercise earns you more Points. For example, 20 minutes of aerobics will add an extra 1 Point to your weekly total, whereas 20 minutes of jogging will add an extra 4 Points. You can earn as many activity Points in a week as you wish. However, you are only allowed to spend 12 of the extra Points each week on food. The idea is to earn more than you eat. :p

It all depends on your weight and how hot and sweaty you get.

I don't have the equation but its on the site somewhere if you have a look around - probably on a sticky somewhere.

or may i say im now jumpin on a trampoline so i think 2 10 min sessions.. 20 mins total earn me 3 points for a 12 st range! any one! wud tat be right!

3 Sounds like a lot for 20 mins jumping on a tramp ... but if you're raising your heart rate and sweating etc ... it could be right.

Now there's exercise and there's exercise. What did the tramp say ? Was he in a state of shock afterwards ? :D
