start gently especially if you are not used to it. You need to be careful you dont put your body into starvation mode. Maybe try having a shake before or split half before and half later. This is only my opinion though. Good Luck xx

Your Body Will Let You Know When Its Had Enough And What Its Able For,ive Been Exercising Alot And Have Toned Up Nicely,no Saggy Bits Yet Anyway!!!!
