    LP now Cambridge diet
    hi guys

    lm well now and full of loads of energy. lm looking to start exercising exercising , how much can l do and how hard . lm not into swimming and but l use my stepper a lot. lm lukin to start jogginf for 30 mins a day


    is it advisable on CD

    start gently especially if you are not used to it. You need to be careful you dont put your body into starvation mode. Maybe try having a shake before or split half before and half later. This is only my opinion though. Good Luck xx

    You Are Good To Exercise Hun,
    Your Body Will Let You Know When Its Had Enough And What Its Able For,ive Been Exercising Alot And Have Toned Up Nicely,no Saggy Bits Yet Anyway!!!!
