Hi there, I am not sure but I would love to know too. I am on SS and would like to do a little exercise but don't want to knock myself out of ketosis don't even know if that is possible.

i go to the gym 3/4 days a week aswell as going to aquafit and swimming. Im still in ketosis and feel so much better for doing it :) just go careful as your calorie intake is small. but exercising will help to shift the weight just dont overdo it! keep drinking water and if you feel light headed or dizzy when exercising just stop!!
