OK... Obviously it varies from person to person....

Since Nov 14 (my start) I have dropped from a size 26 to a size 18... Which I average at about a dress size per month... well its 5 months... so slightly longer than a month?? :confused::rolleyes:

It's my birthday in 2 months today...:eek: and I reaaaaaaaaally want to be in a size 14 by the time I get there... I just wondered if 1) you think its possible and 2) how often you drop inches/dress sizes...

... I lost 15 centimeters off my waist in the past 4 weeks, but I think the gym played a part in this! If I stick with it I think I can get there... right?!?!! :eek:

you can at least make a significant change and hopefully hit that target. Claire you are doing so well, try and stick with it and dont let those food demons get you.
For me i cant reply to your poll as it didnt actually seem to relate to a time period. But with you going to the gym you are most definitely doing evrything you can to manage your success. Just think in 2 months those mini skirts will look phenomenal!

in the 8 weeks ive been doing CD.. ive dropped two dress sizes.. i couldnt believe it when my pants almost fell down..

a great feeling.. hehe..

When I started in January (14 weeks) I was in a 22 - now in a 16 so I've gone for one every 5-6 weeks.

I'm finishing the diet at the end of July for when I go to Italy for a month really hoping to be in a 12/14 for then.

When I started in Jan I was a 20 now a 14 top and a 16 bottom (sometimes) frustrating my legs just don't seem to want to loose.:mad:

You know... I think even if it takes me until end of July I will be hppy cos I never expected to get there at all!!! x
