How often do you exercise?

I'm just wondering in general how often people exercise. At the moment I do:

Monday: gym 40 minutes
Tuesday: gym 40 minutes
Wednesday: off
Thursday: gym 1 hour
Friday: gym 30 minutes. Dance class 1 hour.
Saturday: usually off but thinking of including something here
Sunday: off

How does that look? Would adding on a Saturday be a good idea? I'm also slowly increasing my Monday and Tuesday gym sessions.

What does everyone else do?

Monday - off
Tuesday - Gym, 1 hour 15 (55 mins cardio, 15 weights)
Wednesday - Zumba, 1 hour
Thursday - Gym, 1 hour 15 (55 mins cardio, 15 weights)
Friday - Off
Saturday or Sunday - Gym, 1 hour 15 (55 mins cardio, 15 weights)

Sometimes I swim for an hour at the weekend instead. That is an ideal week. With work it isnt always doable and I don't beat myself up if something gets in the way, just go as much as I can.

i do classes...

mon: double attack & spinning OR spinning & combat
tues: attack
weds: attack & combat
thurs: pump
frid: attack
sat: attack, combat & pump
sun: combat, step & pump.

i do sometimes skip the gym alltogether on sundays though or on fridays if im going out.

Just started focused training for a 10k race in Jan.

Running training on Tue, Wed, Fri & Sun. From 30 mins to an hour.

Active rest on Mon & Thur. ie angry-trainer, stationary bike etc. this week was an hour, 30 mins on bike then 30 on x-trainer.

6 days a week with sunday off, but sometimes use it to do some light exercise.

I swim before work mon-fri. I do weight training Monday evening, body pump Wednesday evening & Saturday morning and I cycle on Saturday and Sunday. I find it okay not to have a rest day as long as I'm mixing and matching the excercise sessions, i.e. at least one day off between weights. Aerobic stuff can be done every day but my muscles need 48 hours recovery after weight training otherwise I lose strength rather than gaining.

Between 3-5 days per week, usually cardio classes like Body Combat or 20:20:20 but I've now included body Pump once a week :)

Monday : 40 mins weight training
Tues: 40 mins Weight Training
Wed 5km run
Thurs 40 mins Weight Training
Fri : Off
Sat: Off
Sun: an hour of muscle toning (push ups, dips, pull ups etc)

It used to be a lot more cardio, a lot less weights before i got to my goal weight

I try and exercise about an hour a day between walking my dogs, going on the stationary bike and will be starting jogging in the new year. If the weather is bad I don't get out and I miss it. It very quickly becomes part of your life.

I feel best if i do a dance class each day (excluding sunday) - zumba, belly dance or other dancing. I cant always so sometimes do 2 classes in a day - actually that makes me feel pretty energised:D
