I'm just wondering in general how often people exercise. At the moment I do:
Monday: gym 40 minutes
Tuesday: gym 40 minutes
Wednesday: off
Thursday: gym 1 hour
Friday: gym 30 minutes. Dance class 1 hour.
Saturday: usually off but thinking of including something here
Sunday: off
How does that look? Would adding on a Saturday be a good idea? I'm also slowly increasing my Monday and Tuesday gym sessions.
