How ro cook frozen sardines

Have some frozen sardines from aldi, going to serve them with roasted medditeranean veg but don't know whether to bake them or grill them

Any advice, have only ever had tinned sardines

I would probably grill them although I love sardines bbq'd but never had frozen sardines before so not sure what they're like to cook.

Hope they taste yummy though

I've got some of those from aldi. I was just going to wrap them in foil with some salt, pepper, fresh lemon slices and parsley then bake them in the oven. Yum!!!

Thanks they have been moved to tomorrow's dinner now so will probably bake them so they don't smell the house out as it is going on the market to sell this week !
