I'm just pitching for 5 days work in Amsterdam, which I love, in September and all that's going through my mind is how will I manage to stay on diet. Especially with the probable munches and all;)

I'm also looking at the dates and trying to work out if I can get to target quicker (which would be a little unrealistic, but I could get close).

In the past I would have started by feeling quite excited, then depressed because all these new people would see me in all my fatness. I'm a video producer/director so I tend to be the focus of attention on shoots as people look to me for instruction.

This time I feel so much more positive even though I have a long way to go. At least I'm now on the journey.

Wow that sounds like an amazing job! Looking at your ticker you should definitely be in the 'normal' BMI range by then, woohoo! Do you think you'd be able to stick to low carb meals?
