Gained 1/2. Foot long sub purchased including mayo. Will start again tomorrow. :(
sorry about the gain. I think a sub is not the worse food you could have eaten. Back on it tomorrow and I am sure it will be back off next week x
 
Breakfast: Go Ahead yogurt strawberry bars x2 - 7 syns, apple.
Lunch: 300g Covent Garden potato & leek soup HEXB, WM bread 800g, salad, 0.5 syn for mayo, ski yogurt 3.5 syns.
Snacks: go ahead chocolate thin slice 3.5 syns, banana, plum.
Dinner: red pepper stuffed with brown rice, mixed beans, mozzarella light, cheddar HEXA, salad with balsamic vinegar.

Total syns 14.5.

Thanks. Me & my colleague (also dieting), were craving pizza so bad & I nearly crumbled.

Today so far:

Breakfast 1x Jaffa cake Alpen bar - yum! Apple, boiled egg.

Snacks: another boiled egg & Alpen light Jaffa after tutorial & before volunteering.

Going to have some leftover lasagne when I get in from shopping.

Dinner: I'm going to try using the soup I made last week as a sauce & make a pasta bake with HEXA cheese & side salad. Hope it's ok otherwise will make another quick pasta dish.

Have a short online exam to prepare for & chill out tonight, probably use some syns then as haven't had any yet.
 
Thanks Jade. I mixed the soup up with some passta, Worcestershire sauce & balsamic vinegar. Was pretty good. Had a nice muller light with toffee & chocolate balls I'm thinking 99 cal so doing 5 syns. I had one tablespoon of coleslaw 3.5 syns & film & 99 cal popcorn. So 13.5 syns overall.

Oh cool, thanks for that. Didn't even bothering checking the app, I assumed there wouldn't be any free allowance.

Popcorn was higher syns than I thought so gone over syns anyway, will count weekly again this week.

I wouldn't worry about it too much - it was a better choice than pizza!!
