I've just got one of these as I thought they might be like those mints that melt on your tongue that seem to have dissapeared, from Asda, thought I would just try one out and they are very minty!! Not sure they work for 'stopping hunger' though - here is the website: Now Slim Hunger Strips

I'm never really hungry anyway, but I like the fact they melt on my tongue and stop the ketosis breath!

Probably not allowed them on SS but......

    Hi :)
They look similar to the listerine oral strips. I would think they are allowed as they are calorie and sugar free? Wonder if they work.....

TBH I really doubt that they're allowed in SS. The best thing to use is plain old toothpaste or Goldspot breath freshener.

They might be ok for some people, but others will be knocked out of ketosis so best avoided in general, I'm afraid.
