Hunger

    I never felt so hungry in this diet like I did yesterday and today. It was that kind of hunger you get when you are pregnant, when you just can't stop. I can't explain it and even though dr dukan says there is no limit I ask myself if it really has no limit. It has been extremely hard to resists my kids left overs.

    Maintainer said something that worried me. She said she can eat like a horse and still not go over 1000 calories. I went way over 1000 yesterday and today. I don't think I had that feel calories the other days either.

    I know I worry too much maybe because I want it too much (to lose weight).

    Atropos, you said body can't store protein so where does it go? for sure not in the toilet....

    Can this hunger be due to period hormones? Btw I feel like I am having the longest pms ever! It's been about 5 days that I feel I'm about to have my period and nothing happens! (no, not pregnant!)

    I remember reading when you are having a hungry day, you can have upto 3 galettes (correct me if I am wrong), I had 2 a few times, but never 3.
    I don't eat red meat, so it is really difficult for me t have too many calories.. I read in your diary you are having too much red meat, maybe have a few white days help (not sure help with what though, I don't see any problem;))

    Thank elida. I love red meat so when I heard someone saying the more red meat she eats the more she looses, I literally fill my fridge with it!

    That's why you need lots of water to dilute it and stop your kidneys going on strike.

    I think that was me.

    Yes, I have tried turkey mince, chicken breasts, fish etc but I have def lost more weight on the days when I have only had red meat, ie the lean mince from Tesco less than 5% fat.

    I don't have it all of the time as I couldn't afford it, however I do try to have it on protein thursdays (I am in second stage of conso with 5 days to go until stabilization).
