Hunter's chicken

I had this yummy chicken for dinner tonight, and it was gorgeous. Even the kids all ate it which is a miracle. They seem to think everything I eat that's ok 'on Mummy's diet' must be gross . I found it on a foodie blog here. I have looked through a few of her other recipes and they seems quite good, so I will be giving some a try...

God, I sound like an ad don't I? I don't know her at all, just enjoy reading food blogs and some of her stuff is SW friendly, so thought I'd share

I made this, but didn't use chilli powder as my hubby doesnt like spicy food. I used a teaspoon of schwartz barbecue seasoning, and added a couple of splashes of worcestershire sauce and some pepper. It was really delicious.

Looks fab...where did you buy the big pack bacon and is it lean? All looks good x

I used smoked back bacon and cut the fat off. Special offer in Asda, 3 packs of meat for £10.

It's syn free on EE if you use the cheese as a hex. Might have to make this again in the next couple of days......

I made the bbq sauce for this and it was soooo nice, i made it in pereparation for the hunters chicken recipe so il be looking forward to this tonight
