Step 1 Sole Source Hypothyroidism and vlcd

Apparently my thyroid blood test was low and I'm having to make an appt at the drs tomorrow. I've been off plan for 2 weeks as have been poorly with what they think is/was rheumatic fever.

Has anyone found that vlcd can affect thyroxine levels? Or can u do vlcd with hypothyroidism? I'm just trying to find out some info so I'm not surprised or worrying too much at drs tomorrow! Any help/advice would be appreciated!
